Casting ductile iron, cast iron, steel and stainless steel alloys, Konya Metallurgy produces semi-finished and machined parts for the automotive, machinery, agriculture, construction, shipping and food industries.
Our company was established in 1975 in a small workshop of 400 m2 in Meram Industrial Site. In those years, we were casting various parts for machinery and agricultural tools in the cupola quarry. We bought our first induction furnace in 1994 and increased our factory area to 1200 m2. At the same time, we laid the foundations of our new factory building. After a short while, we started to manufacture ductile iron and steel castings as well as cast iron. In 1995, we moved to our new factory building located in the 2nd Organized Industrial Zone and started the production of engine liners by establishing our first processing workshop. We put our second induction furnace into operation in 1996 and until 2005, we made a new investment every day and increased our annual casting capacity to 3,000 tons. In the meantime, we equipped our machining workshop with CNC benches and started the manufacture of hubs as well as engine liners. As of 2005, our factory area has reached 7,500 m2, all of which are closed. In 2007, we started to produce precision casting parts. Our fully automatic molding line will be completed in a short time and will begin to serve in our new factory, which was established in a closed area of ​​20,000 m², which we started to invest in in 2015.
